Campbell Point House, near Geelong, VIC
Reminiscent of the extravagant French chateaux, Campbell Point House may look classically historic as if it has been there forever, but the glamorous 37-acre Bellarine Peninsula venue was built in 2007.
The formal dining hall is designed to fit up to 110 guests but the sumptuous five ensuite guest bedrooms (which must be booked for a minimum 2-night stay, sleep 10 lucky guests).
Coolibah Downs, near the Gold Coast, QLD
Nestled in the lush hinterland of the Gold Coast area this is a magnificent private estate boasting acres of landscaped gardens.
Your corporate event takes place in its permanent marquee, under its extravagantly white-silk lined and fairy light-lit ceiling. Coolibah Downs offers accommodation for guests in the three bedroom Homestead, the two-bedroom Barn and the Twin Unit with two single beds.

Opened by the former executive chef of Longrain, the property provides locally grown and sourced produce to some of Sydney's top restaurants. The corrugated iron shed was refurbished in 2013 and today hosts events for up to 150 very well-fed guests! The freshly decorated Cooks Cottages which overlooks the river, sleeps four.
EarthHouse, near Byron Bay, NSW
Completed only in 2015, the rammed-earth barn-style building is blessed with incredible hinterland views over Bangalow and Byron Bay.
This is the venue if you're seeking an eco-friendly vibe for up to 150 guests and it features a wonderful 100-year-old fig tree, perfect for your outdoor ceremony. As an added plus, it sleeps four in its two adjoining ensuite guest suites.
Kingsbrook, near Goolwa, SA
This stately stone home was built in 1842 and opened to guests in 2009. It features walled gardens and lawns perfect, a gorgeous arched orangerie for up to 90 guests and a permanent marquee which seats up to 200.
There is delightful accommodation for up to 10 guests in four guest suites which have been sensitively built to blend in as if they were always there.
