Chair Adirondack White Wooden Set of 10 Sydney Hire
The first Adirondack chair was designed by a man called Thomas Lee wanting outdoor chairs for his summer home in Westport, New York State, in the Adirondack Mountains in 1903.
His family found them so comfortable that when Lee's carpenter friend, Harry Bunnell sat on them and recognised their commercial potential for Westport summer visitors, he apparently filed and received a US patent for them (without Lee's permission) in 1905.
Today, guests feel like they're on holidays reclining on an Adirondack chair, such is the clever design, making them wonderful chairs to evoke a holiday feel at a beach, park, garden or private venue.
Each chair measures 93cm high x 65cm wide x 76cm deep.
Your hire fee includes a set of 10 x Adirondack chairs for up to three days hire.
