We charge a $150 consultation fee for those clients who are not corporate event planners to see our range of decor in our home office showroom after-hours or on a weekend.
All products available for purchase and hire are listed clearly on the website; only a small selection of our product range is available for viewing.
If you do not have a planner or stylist and want to make a showroom appointment to discuss your event, we charge a $150 consultation fee, payable prior to your appointment.
This non-refundable $150 consultation fee covers our time spent preparing for the meeting, for showroom visit time and for researching products for quotes afterwards.
Please note: a $150 consultation fee will apply if you require a precise (not ballpark) quote for complex ceiling and/or lighting installations that will require us to undertake a special site visit to check the venue for its suitability.
